Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Symposium on Data Science & Statistics. Registration is now open.

The speaker registration deadline is March 25, 2026.

PDF registration will close April 13, 2026, to allow our staff time to prepare and transport materials, but online registration will remain open through the end of the conference.

This page allows you to register online by credit card OR download a PDF registration form, which may be faxed or mailed with payment to our registration staff.

Registration Fees

Registration includes admission to the opening mixer; plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions; continental breakfast for Wednesday through Friday; refreshment breaks; and access to exhibitors.

Local Chapter Members
Members of the ASA Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois chapters will receive an automatic $50 discount on their registration.

Tips for an Easy Registration

You can expect delays due to heavy volume near registration deadlines, so register early.
To avoid multiple registrations and charges, only submit your registration once. Please do not fax a registration you have also mailed.
Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
Payment must accompany registration; purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Be sure to submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
Using a departmental credit card? Don’t forget to obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines and be clear about what you may charge to that card.
The ASA’s registration staff can help you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.

Registration Add-Ons

Add-ons are options with limited availability. Fees for add-ons are in addition to conference registration fees. If you intend to register onsite for a short course, please check the online registration to verify availability.

Guest Registration – $170
Guest registration allows admission to the opening mixer, poster sessions/refreshments, and continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday. Admission to other conference sessions and events is not included.

Short Courses
Two full-day and two half-day short courses will be offered Tuesday, April 28, for an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations received by March 25, 2026, will be refunded, less 20% all items. Requests for refunds received after March 25 will not be honored. All cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to asainfo@amstat.org; faxed to (703) 997-7299; or mailed to SDSS Registration, 732 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
